1. SALES TAX OVERVIEW

Jin Tire Rims collects sales tax on orders shipped within the United States in accordance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Sales tax is calculated based on state economic nexus regulations and the shipping address designated during checkout.

2. HOW SALES TAX IS CALCULATED

Sales tax rates vary depending on the destination state, county, and local tax jurisdiction of your shipping address.

Automated Checkout Calculation: The exact sales tax amount applied to your order is calculated automatically during checkout once your shipping address is entered.
Shipping Fee Taxation: In certain state jurisdictions, state tax laws require sales tax to be applied to shipping and handling fees (such as our $35 flat rate ground shipping).
Price Display: Product prices listed on jintirerims.com do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be itemized separately on your final checkout summary and receipt.

Note: Sales tax rates are determined by state tax authorities and are subject to change without notice based on state legislative updates.

3. TAX EXEMPT PURCHASES

If you are a wholesale reseller, government organization, or hold a valid tax-exempt status in your state, you may qualify for sales tax exemption on your order.

Submitting Exemption Certificates: Prior to placing an order, please email a copy of your valid State Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption Form to info@jintirerims.com.
Account Setup: Once verified by our finance team, we will configure your store account so that future orders are processed without sales tax.
Post-Order Refunds: Sales tax collected prior to receiving and verifying an official exemption certificate cannot be refunded automatically after order processing.

4. STATES WITH NO SALES TAX

If your order is delivered to a state without state sales tax (such as Oregon, Montana, Delaware, or New Hampshire), no state sales tax will be added to your transaction.
