1. WARRANTY OVERVIEW

At Jin Tire Rims, we stand firmly behind the quality, craftsmanship, and structural integrity of the wheels and performance tires we sell. Every wheel purchased through our store comes with limited warranty coverage to protect you against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

2. STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

We offer a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty on custom forged and alloy wheels sold on jintirerims.com.

  • Coverage: Protects against defects in material or manufacturing that lead to structural failure, cracking, or air leakage under normal highway driving conditions.
  • Duration: Valid for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the wheels.

3. FINISH & PAINT WARRANTY

We offer a 1-Year Limited Finish Warranty covering the painted, powder-coated, or clear-coated surfaces of your wheels.

  • Coverage: Protects against peeling, flaking, or blistering of the protective finish caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Duration: 1 year from the original purchase date.

Care Tip: To preserve your wheel finish, clean them using only mild soap, water, and soft microfiber towels. Never use harsh chemical cleaners, acid-based wheel sprays, or abrasive scrubbing tools.

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXCLUSIONS)

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Road hazards, impact damage, potholes, curb rash, or accidents.
  • Racing, off-road usage, track driving, or vehicle overloading exceeding load ratings.
  • Improper mounting, balancing, or lug nut torquing by unauthorized installers.
  • Corrosion caused by harsh road chemicals, salt, acid washes, or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, superficial surface scratches, or weathering.

5. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps to file a claim:

  • Email our team at info@jintirerims.com with your original order number and detailed description of the issue.
  • Attach high-resolution photos and/or video showing the defective area, as well as the wheel stamp/serial details.
  • Once inspected and approved by our quality control engineers, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
