2. VEHICLE FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

We take pride in helping you select the perfect wheel and tire setup. While our technical team conducts manual fitment reviews during order handling, customers are responsible for ensuring accurate vehicle specifications (year, make, model, sub-model, brake package, and suspension modifications) are provided during checkout or inquiry.

Crucial Rule: Always test fit unmounted wheels on your vehicle before mounting tires. Once tires have been mounted onto wheels, the wheels cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed on the site are subject to acceptance and product availability verification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or fitment mismatches.
  • Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed are in USD ($). Applicable shipping rates (including our $35 flat rate ground option) and taxes are calculated during checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Full payment is required before order handling and dispatch.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

Order processing and logistics are governed by our full Shipping & Delivery Policy. Key terms include:

  • Handling Time: Orders require 1 to 3 business days for handling, quality inspection, and fitment verification prior to courier dispatch.
  • Primary Courier: Shipments within the contiguous U.S. are fulfilled using UPS (United Parcel Service).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Standard ground shipping is offered at a $35 flat rate per eligible order.
  • Delivery Inspection: Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours.

5. REFUND & RETURN TERMS

Returns and exchanges are governed by our complete Refund & Return Policy. Key provisions include:

  • 18-Day Window: Approved return requests must be submitted within 18 days of package delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: Returned items must be brand new, unmounted, unused, and in original packaging. Mounted wheels are non-returnable.
  • Restocking Fee: Standard returns may be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee, and original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
